- authorised family contacts who will receive notifications or portal access

If you have a portal account (customer or authorised family contact), we may process:

3) How we use your personal data
We use personal data to:
- respond to enquiries and provide quotes/assessments
- supply, fit and set up equipment (Somerset only)
- provide portal access and manage subscriptions
- provide support (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, excluding bank holidays)
- send service communications (billing, account updates, changes affecting the portal)
- operate and secure our website and portal (fraud prevention, access control, troubleshooting)
- keep business records and meet legal/tax obligations
- improve reliability and fix issues (diagnostics and support)
4) Lawful bases for processing (UK GDPR)
We process personal data under the following lawful bases:
- Contract: where needed to provide equipment, portal access and support.
- Legitimate interests: to run, protect and improve our business and systems (balanced against your rights).

We do not request health information as standard.

We only share personal data where necessary to provide and run the service, including with:
- Hosting/infrastructure provider: Hostinger (website/portal hosting)
- Analytics provider: Google (Google Analytics) to help us understand how our website is used
- Advertising/measurement provider: Meta (Meta Pixel) to measure advertising performance and help show relevant adverts
- Email service provider(s): to send service emails/notifications
- Professional advisers: accountants/insurers/legal advisers where required
- Authorities/regulators: where disclosure is required by law
We do not sell your personal data.
8) International transfers
Some service providers may store or process data outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as UK adequacy regulations or suitable contractual protections).

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, which may include:
